Happy Lunar New Year to all celebrating in Luton North and across the UK. 
In these troubled times, I hope the year of the dragon brings lasting peace, happiness, good health and prosperity to all.
It was great to join East & South East Asians for Labour and speak alongside Lord Leong and the brilliant Chair Lotis Bautista at the annual Lunar New Year dinner.
I spoke about the challenges facing the ESEA community at home and abroad, especially in places like Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Myanmar as well as the need to be more dragon – spreading success, good fortune, kindness and compassion.
